Pierwsze zajęcia rozpoczęliśmy z wielkim entuzjazmem i zapałem do pracy. Zamierzamy utworzyć Facebook'a, zrobić drogowskaz do państw partnerskich, utworzyć prezentacje multimedialne o szkole, uczniach i nauczycielach, nagrać hymn projektu, stworzyć symbole i mapy miejsc odwiedzanych przez nas. Mamy bardzo wiele opcji. W szkole rozsławiamy projekt Comenius przez gazetkę szkolną oraz przedstawienia grupy. Pracujemy na programach multimedialnych Prezzi, Movie Maker, w celu opracowywania danych. Czekamy na więcej wyzwań! Mamy nadzieję, że dzięki temu projektowi zostawimy po sobie coś fajnego i wyjątkowego, a wyjazdy do innych krajów wiele nas nauczą.

RIGHT TO HAPPINESS - SHARING TIME IS HAPPINESS, BUT LAUGHING IS THE BEST MEDICINE

A SINGLE SMILE CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE

          ME BEING HAPPY

"Happiness is an emotion which is good for subject". That is a short definition of happiness from the Internet. In our quick and stressful life we do not care about this feeling so much because we are too busy and overwhelmed by routine. But let's think - what does the happiness mean? How important is this emotion for us? Here come the things that make me happy.

Firstly I want to tell about reading books and comics. Literature is gorgeous because we can imagine our private world which nobody can destroy. The world where the God is the author of the literature. But comics are good too! Especially these Japanese - manga. I really love it because apart from the brilliant illustrations there are always great stories which are based on them. In my opinion reading is the best way to relax.

Another and probably the best reason is meeting friends. That is the thing which truly makes me the happiest person in the world. You can ask me: "Why is it so important for you?" The answer is easy - True buddy is the best way to have a joy in your life. That is a person who helps you in trouble and support s when you are dejected. Friends never let the sorrow steal the best moments of your life so I never get bored with them.

The third thing that makes me happy is listening to music. I feel really blissful when I hear the first notes of "Deer Dance" by my favourite rock-metal band SOAD. I think that the sound of electric guitar is ideal when you feel  miserable.

All in all, I want to say that there are many ways to be happy. Even the simple things like eating chocolate or having a bubble bath can make me glad or bright but there is one condition - not only me, everybody must be always happy in our life because it is too short for being sad and isolated. Happiness is the best human emotion.

          ME BEING HAPPY

I am not the kind of person who shows his feelings or emotions. But it doesn't mean that I can't be happy. Of course for a normal person, being happy means jumping, laughing, sometimes crying or just smiling. I surely understand it and I honestly like sometimes to be "normal", that means that I can laugh or smile there are many random things that always make me happy.

Many times I laughed while watching a comedy, vine (a short video which is often funny) or someting on youtube, some often made my day and I like to watch them over and over. Sometimes on facebook or google I can see many ridiculous pictures (often comics, memes etc.), I have plenty of them on my phone and I watch them when I'm bored. Occasionally, I laugh when I hear a very funny joke, I remember many of them. I'm also happy when I spend time with my friends or when there's no homework. As you can see there are plenty of things that make me happy, of course there are much more of them like: taking my dog for a walk or sleeping as long as I can.

I think that happiness is different for everyone, someone is happy because of his family, someone because of having money and so on. Also everyone shows the emotions differently. Why? Because we are all different. And I think that is good because nothing is the same for all of us.

A short story of a basketball match

Below photos were taken during the lessons in the schoolyard by Katarzyna Wawrzyniak in September 2014.

In our junior high school PE lessons motivate the students to spend free time in an active way. We try every discipline, but basketball is one of the most popular for boys. It gives some kind of energy and all basketball players want to be very efficient at the shot. The game is exciting, particularly during the long breaks or in the afternoons. One of the advantages is that young people keep fit outdoors and are mentally focused in the sport.

          WŁOCHY

"Man has the right to happiness", this idea has been introduced by Gaetano Filangeri, a Neapolitan philosopher of the 17th century. He  inspired Benjamin Franklin who included this right  in the American Declaration of Independence.

In addition, it is also present  in the Japanese Constitution.

We think that happiness is one of the  rights that everybody should deserve  because each one of us needs to be happy. Indeed every human being has been pursuing  happiness in all his life and he has been seeking it in many ways: in a friend in  a personal success or in a parent he has not seen for a long time.

But what does it mean "right to happiness"? according to some definitions ,being happy means both feeling and giving pleasure, feeling satisfied, willing and lucky as well. However we can also explain this concept by saying that  any human beings have  the right to improve their condition and enjoy in full safety  its own  results in other words everybody has the right to enjoy his or her individual freedom.

Moreover we mustn’t forget  that every individual has the right to live his or her own sexual life freely, that is without being conditioned by anything or anyone, this is an important field closely related to any man’s happiness.

Finally, as long as happiness may be considered a condition ,it also corresponds to  a too personal and private  emotion  of such fundamental importance to humans that legislators and governments should use any  tools and strategies   to provide people with it, avoiding people living in poverty or suffering injustices because of any cultural differences or sexual  discrimination.

Everyone has the right to relax or have fun, in other words to do activities for enjoyment. In fact the right to recreation represents the 24th right of the Human Rights .

It’s a fundamental right ,as well as the right to education, and to stay with our peers. You could find it obvious, but, unfortunately in some underdeveloped countries a lot of children don’t have the chance of attending schools, and they are exploited, forced to work without the possibility of having fun.

And all this is unacceptable, everyone on this earth should have the chance to have fun, most of all children.

          LET’S RECHARGE OUR BATTERIES

Recreation is an activity of leisure, leisure being discretionary time. The "need to do something for recreation" is an essential element of human biology and psychology. Recreational activities are often done for enjoyment, amusement, or pleasure and are considered to be "fun".

Recreation is difficult to separate from the general concept of play, which is usually the term for children's recreational activity. Children may playfully imitate activities that reflect the realities of adult life. It has been proposed that play or recreational activities are outlets of or expression of excess energy, channeling it into socially acceptable activities that fulfill individual as well as societal needs, without need for compulsion, and providing satisfaction and pleasure for the participant.

A traditional view holds that work is supported by recreation, recreation being useful to "recharge the battery" so that work performance is improved.

Many activities may be work for one person and recreation for another, or, at an individual level, over time recreational activity may become work, and vice-versa. Thus, for a musician, playing an instrument may be at one time a profession, and at another a recreation.

Recreation is an essential part of human life and finds many different forms which are shaped naturally by individual interests

Recreational activities can be communal or solitary, active or passive, outdoors or indoors, healthy or harmful, and useful for society or detrimental. A list of typical activities could be almost endless including most human activities, a few examples being reading, playing or listening to music, watching movies or TV, gardening, hunting, hobbies, sports, studies, and travel.

Public space such as parks and beaches are essential venues for many recreational activities. Tourism has recognized that many visitors are specifically attracted by recreational offerings.[

Recreation is about activities, pastimes, and experiences which are freely chosen. They are usually undertaken in free time and produce feelings of well being, fulfilment, enjoyment, relaxation and satisfaction.

They are opportunities to express creativity, achieve and master new things and feel good about doing so.

Community based recreation offers an opportunity to meet people while enjoying a range of social, cultural or physical activities.

Why Is recreatIon and leIsure Important?

          • Recreation is important in promoting quality of life.

          • It increases self esteem and confidence.

          • Gives people the opportunity to make their own choices.

          • It gives satisfaction, enjoyment and pleasure.

          • It enables us to become involved and feel part of the community.

          • It increases the opportunity to gain and develop new friendships.

          • It allows us to be challenged, take risks and experience new things.

          • It bridges the gap between attending and participating in the community.

          • It allows people to contribute their skills and feel a sense of belonging and accomplishment.

          • It promotes frienships through shared experiences.

          HAPPINESS IS WITHIN US

Happiness is something everyone wants to have. You may be successful and have a lot of money, but without happiness it will be meaningless.

We will discuss this topic all month long and we will learn a lot. But, before we move further, it’s a good idea to get deeper understanding of the word happiness itself.

Happiness is a mental or emotional state of well-being characterized by positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy.

This definition is a good starting point and we can dig deeper from it. The best way to do that is to consult some of the greatest minds in history. So we researched what these people say about happiness and found 10 essential definitions. Each of them has deep meaning.

          Here they are:

Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.

          Mahatma Gandhi

Happiness is that state of consciousness which proceeds from the achievement of one’s values.

          Ayn Rand

Happiness is something that you are and it comes from the way you think.

          Wayne Dyer

Happiness is essentially a state of going somewhere, wholeheartedly, one-directionally, without regret or reservation.

          William H. Sheldon

Happiness is not a reward – it is a consequence.

          Robert Ingersoll

Happiness is different from pleasure. Happiness has something to do with struggling and enduring and accomplishing.

          George Sheehan

Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence.

          Aristotle

Happiness is not something you experience, it’s something you remember.

          Oscar Levant

Happiness is not a station you arrive at, but a manner of traveling.

          Margaret Lee Runbeck

Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace and gratitude.

          Denis Waitley

All in all, we would say that happiness is a decision. Your happiness is your decision to make. All the quotes above require actions on our part and actions require decisions.

          So what do you think?

          What is happiness ???

The smiley face is a well-known symbol of happiness.

          Happiness!

Happiness-Just six letters, which give our life our life a reason and make it all the better.Happiness is not a direct meaning. Everyone can get it from different reasons. Just a little smile from the person you love can make your life better.

Every single one of us is trying to reach that goal of true happiness. Hope, that today will be better than yesterday. Hope, that every single one of our hardships will eventually go away. And everyone, everyday struggle to find their happiness. It’s a smile, a caress, a hug, a kiss.

Happiness is love and friendship; Hapiness is freedom. But it’s only for a certain moment, you cannot be happy everywhere, all the time. Happiness does not have a reason, nor an explanation - It’s a person, it’s a feeling, it’s a desire, it’s a memory.

In today’s society everybody thinks that when you own millions of euros, an expensive car and a big house, you are the happiest person alive. In reality though that is not happiness. It cannot be bought with money, it cannot be touched.

We should also not give up in the hardest of moments and start thinking that happiness has ,,ran away” from us. If in a certain moment, you feel blue, start thinking of the reasons why you’re alive and remember that no matter what that things could have always been worse than they are right now, you will find out how lucky you actually are. When you’re sad it is enough to remember all the things that you live for and enjoy, which are not bought with money. Then you will find out how much happiness is around you.Happines is not what you have, it is what cheers you right back up. To feel happiness and enjoy it we need to find it in ourselfs.

Happines is to be a good person, sympathetic, noble, always helping others when you are able to, to get along with them, to love and to be loved. After all love is the biggest happiness. Whether it is from your family, friends or the person you are with.

          Desislava Mihailova

          Recreation

Recreation can be found everywhere around us. It can mainly be found in art.It can be done through films in the cinema or theater plays. For example in Sofia that are a lot of theaters on st. Rakovska where there are constant plays like Hamlet, Romeo and Juliet etc. from the amazing William Shakespeare who in fact if counting this year was born 450 years ago. The mains plays for W.Shakespeare are played in the theater building ,,Ivan Vazov”which in fact is an amazing building with great acoustics in the theater room. It is named after our great author classic Ivan Vazov (1850-1921) in our Bulgarian literature and was also a minister of education.

Recreation can also be seen and done through reading books. I personally like reading prose but I also like well-made verses. I also adore reading Shakespeare and his sonets.

It can also be found in nature. In the Bulgarian park Zaimov you can find a lot of statues from ancient times and civilizations and of ancient thinkers. You can also hear the different songs that bird recreate some of them being sad, some being happy, some even being aggressive.

Recreation can also be done with the person you love or with some of your friends. Walking around through the parks, seeing and experiencing new things, or going to concerts with classic music just to see what it was like before.

There is also recreation in sport. Some people do it through fighting sports, some through more aerobic ones but when it’s winter everybody goes skiing to the famous Aleko and Borovec where you can also see a lot of foreigners.
